THE REVIEW PROCESS FOR BOOK BLOGGERS AND REVIEWERS
Book bloggers and reviewers go to the listings boards and click on a title they’re interested in. We have broken the listings down 2 ways – by age group and by genre. New listings will be shown on all sub-boards they fit into. For example, a book which is an adult urban fantasy and paranormal romance will be listed on the All Titles board, the Urban Fantasy board, the Paranormal Romance board, the All Romance board, and the Adult board.

When they find a title they would like to review, they click the link in the listing to request it. A request for approval will then be sent to the author or publisher responsible for the listing. If approved, the review copy will automatically be sent to the blogger or reviewer’s Kindle, and they will receive an approval email from jena@puretextualitypr.com (be sure to add us to your address book). If denied access, they will receive an email from us to let them know.

If a blogger or reviewer is approved for a title, they will be granted access to post on the listing(s) for the book on he Feedback board. This is for the purposes of leaving their feedback/review. If they did not finish a book or will not be posting a review elsewhere, they are required to at least leave their feedback on the listing. Only approved reviewers and the author or publisher responsible for the listing will have access to view the Feedback board listings.

If they are posting a public review (on their book blog, Amazon, Goodreads, etc.), they will be required to post their review by the deadline listed if one is provided in the listing. Approximately 1 week prior to the deadline, the blogger or reviewer will receive a reminder email from us to give them the heads up.

If there is no deadline listed, a review or feedback is required within 30 days of the date the review copy is sent. Approximately 1 week prior to the end of the 30 day period, they will receive a reminder email from us to give them the heads up. There is a 3 strikes rule on this site: If a blogger or reviewer has three title approvals without either posting a review or posting a comment on the Feedback board listing by the deadline, their registration will be deleted. The point of this site is to provide authors and publishers with reviews of the titles they have listed.

THE LISTING PROCESS FOR AUTHORS AND PUBLISHERS
Once you’ve settled on listing your title with us, just fill out the form below. Once your submission request is received, you will receive an invoice from Pure Textuality Public Relations via PayPal (for secure payment) for the dollar amount matching the submission listing length elected. Once the invoice is paid, the listing will be posted within 24 hours. Once listed, you will receive a confirmation email from us letting you know that the listing is live and the expiration date.

Once the listing has expired, the listing will be removed from the available titles boards. However, it will remain on the Feedback board forever.

If the genre of the book you’d like listed is not shown on the boards, fret not.  We will add a section for it when we receive your request.

Listings will include the following information:
– Image of the book cover (if available).
– Title
– Author Name
– Release Date
– Publisher
– Genre(s)
– Book Blurb
– Listing Expiration Date
– An About the Author Section

Listings with an indefinite timeline will be deleted and reposted once weekly to keep them in the regular rotation of listings.
