About Us
Pure Textuality was established on May 2, 2011 by Jena Gregoire as the sole reviewer. In January 2012, Jena decided it was high time to bring a team on board and put a request on the site and on Twitter for new reviewers wanted. By July 2012, the team was up to 15 reviewers and Jena had invited one of them (Ginny) to become partner in the site.
In 2011, Pure Textuality completed 38 book reviews. Since adding the team, Pure Textuality has published over 280 reviews (as of July 15, 2012). The site averages over 600 hits per day and has a large following between email subscribers, Twitter followers and Facebook fans.
The entire team at Pure Textuality has made a promise to
give a fair and honest review.
